Statement

On or about January 18, 2022, an email was receive by District Attorney Laura Thomas containing complaints that OKDHS Caseworker, Jesse Anderson, participated in the following acts of misconduct:

  1. Failure to report referrals of sexual abuse to a minor - citing a report from OCCY that would verify the failures happened.
  2. Failure to report referral of negligence of a father leaving small children in a vehicle at night
  3.  Threats made to an obligated reporter of child abuse
  4. Intentionally falsifying information in OKDHS reports
