Statement

On or about January 18, 2022, an email was receive by District Attorney Laura Thomas containing complaints that OKDHS Case Worker, Denise Armstrong, participated in the following acts of misconduct:

  1.  Threats made to an obligated reporter of child abuse
  2. Perjury in Payne County District Court
  3. Conspiracy to commit perjury in Payne County District Court
  4. Intentionally falsifying information in OKDHS reports.

Other individuals involved in these act include:
