Gregory Cornell Butler Jr., Christian Charles Miles, and Christopher Raymond Hendershott are Co-Defendants charged  with Count as Filed: OPJ, CRUELTY TO A PRISONER, in violation of 57 O.S. 9 Date of Offense: 11/23/2019.  In OK County Case # CM-2020-3083. 

Oklahoma County Detention Center officers were charged two years ago after subjecting 48-year-old John Basco and several other inmates to listening to the song "Baby Shark" on repeat. According to the official report,Gregory Cornell Butler Jr. and Christian Charles Miles took inmate Basco into a room on the 8th floor of the jail, handcuffed his hands to the wall, forced him to stand, then played the children's song on a loop for two hours from a computer adjacent to the room Basco was handcuffed in.
