Statement

At 14:44 officer Drinkard was traveling south bound when she claims she saw affiant traveling North bound. She claims affiant was allegedly traveling 70 mph in a 45 mph zone. At this time Officer Drinkard violated her oath of office, turned around and began pursuing affiant with emergency lights on. ( It is a crime to travel with emergency lights on when there is no emergency.) Officer Drinkard exceeded the speed limit to catch up to affiant. Once affiant pulled over Officer Drinkard walked up stating her reason for the stop was for speeding, and asked for my license and registration. I explained to officer Drinkard according to supreme Court rulings speeding is not a crime. "People V.s. Battle". I told officer Drinkard that my detainment was not a legal detainment. That she has violated her oath of office along with depriving my rights that travel under the color of law. I then explained that I don't have to Id unless I am suspected of a crime or about to commit a crime. So I asked what reasonable articulable suspicion does she have, that I have committed a crime or about to commit a crime? Officer Drinkard replied " You broke the "law"by speeding." At that time I corrected officer Drinkard by explaining that speeding was not a law. That it was a statute. The Constitution is the law of the land. I also tried to get her to stop the detainment by explaining to her that she was in the process of commiting multiple crimes. She needed to stop it because I will go after her bond and sue her. Again she requested my Id. Again I told her that I'm not giving it to her unless I was suspected of a crime. Which she could not articulate a crime to me except speeding. At this moment her tyrant training came in to play and she illegally reached into my truck, turned off my truck, removed than stole my keys. (According to the Constitution I am protected from seizure of my property.) I asked what does she think she's doing?? She has no right to reach in and seize my property. Officer claims it was so I didn't run off... again she demands my license. I go right back to no, what crime have I done. She then threatened to arrest me. And rips open my drivers door. She reaches in and assaults me trying to remove me from my truck. I tell her not to touch me. That I will not get out of this truck because I have committed no crime and that she is violating her oath and acting under the color of law. I was scared that she was going to harm me so I gave in and gave her my license. Officer Drinkard proceeded with her domestic terrorism, conspiring to write up a fraudulent ticket inorder to human traffic, extort money for her gain. When she returned back to my truck she returned the keys she stole for me and attempted to hand me her citation. I told her that I don't accept it and to take it back. Officer Drinkard then littered her citation into my vehicle because I refused to take it. Officer Drinkard then stated that I need to learn the law. Again I corrected officer Drinkard that it is not law. That it is a statute. The crimes that I witnessed Officer Drinkard commit are as follows: Violation of oath of office 18. U.S.C 1918, 5.
