He comes speeding down the main st in spencer then he notices my vehicle and slams the brakes which lets me know he was coming after me from the beginning. He pulls in and acts normal. I pay for gas and head south on 231. The report says another officer was sitting st byers home furnishings but he wasnt. Im a good minute or two down the road and a car is flying up behind me. They initiate a traffic stop. Its a different officer than the gas station but the gas station cop pulls up. I had no idea at this point bc he doesnt let himself be known and is actually creeping around the side of the car really making me worried when i finally realize there is another officer there. I felt so uncomfortable i wanted to get away from there so i drove off...i immediately knew that i hadnt made a good decision as i was still going to have to face these same 2 individuals. I pull back over immediately. They take me to jail. But before they do that they take the money out of my pockets and see i have 2900 dollars. The combs guy grabs my vehicle registration and comes to me asking me my address like how does he know the address on my license isnt where iive? I tell him my new address he writes it on the back of my registration. They are acting funny at the jail hasseling me about bonding out...everyone has to watch the court video before bonding, must have exact change...stalling for some reason. I get out i go to get my car. I cant i have no vehicle registration plus it needs to be updated but the tow truck driver tells me there is no registration in the car...i dont have it. So i go to bloomington and renew my tags get new registration. There is a girl at my house a week later who claims ryan combs harrasses her...tells me im the second person arrested leaving her house, i look down in my bedroom in front of my safe and there is my expired registration with the cops hand writting on it....my safe handle is messed with i think he broke in i dont think he is harassing her i think they have somethig going on. Please check into these officers in spencer this place is so corrupt ive heard and now i feel i see it.
