this investigator from red bluff california tehama county was verbally abusive towards me on voicemail and when i spoke to him. he was threatening me to come and "get me" and arrest me and told me "im not the one you wanna mess with" when i was calm and asking a question as to why he is being so hostile towards me . he was very and completely biased towards me . and i dont appreciate an investigator threatening me to go to jail due to his own misunderstandings. he wouldnt listen to anything i said and i told him where i was and what was going on and he still didnt believe me and kept berating me and kept threatening me and i do have a voicemail he left me. this behavior is not acceptable to me . because i was where i was supposed to be and the other party did not show up or contact me he chose not to listen to me at all and was screaming at me threatening me with jail time and that he'll put out a warrant for my arrest and personally come down from red bluff to detain me. i just wanted to explain the facts of the situation and why the other party was at fault for deliberately breaking more than one court order.
