In CR2019126728-001, Lt. Calvin King of MCSO made a False and Fraudulent statement under the penalty of perjury. After Phoenix Police Officer Timothy Graham took my Cell Phone without a warrant, from 6802 N 17TH Ave, Apt 16 in Phoenix Az, I was also arrested an interrogated about my phone, which was now evidence without being read my Miranda Rights, because I kept asking Phoenix Police if I was free to go and they said no. I was then transported to MSCO, where documents show I was booked into Jail for 1 minute and 0 Days, yet I was held there for 24 hours against my will, with no Miranda Rights, because I was not free to go. I was released from MCSO and did get my phone back, so I filed a complaint with MCSO, and under the supervision of Sheriff Paul Penzone, who is on the Brady List, I never got my Cell phone, and property back- No. 1677709722-917149663 Lt. Calvin King claimed he started an investigation into where my phone was. Lt. Darriel Bone actually told the truth to me, James Hambrick, and Jennifer Hambrick in a phone call in April. I had sent evidence of police misconduct to Lt. Bone and he responded. I told him I had witnesses and if I could put the phone on speaker and he said yes. I put the phone on speaker and Lt. Bone told us that my cell phone was NEVER made into evidence, which means Lt. Calvin King was untruthful about his investigation because he knew where my phone was the entire time and did lie for Phoenix Police and violated his Oath of Office and Law Enforcement Code of Conduct. This was done under the supervision of Sheriff Paul Penzone who is on the Brady List- No. 1677709722-917149663
