I went into the police department at the request of my background investigators to sit down with someone and show them proof that I was lied in and set up in my IA investigation. I tried to ask Gualco to sit down and give him my proof so the IA finding can be changed from sustained to unfounded. He was very angry and red the whole time I even pointed it out that he was angry and he replied “yes I am” and he told me there’s no one there to help me. I asked could I talk to someone else and he said that the department was not interested in talking to me. I then said my background investigators said that you or someone else said that i might be Brady listed which I told told him can’t be because I never received a formal notice and I proved in court that I was lied in and set up. Gualco then said “well if you aren’t Brady listed rn imma make sure you are after your done talking” I then said wow and there’s more I can touch on but if I am Brady listed after this it will for sure be retaliation. I never did anything it seems racially motivated on why he would be so mad with me just wanting to sit down and show proof.
