On November 17th 2021 I was in cell 14b in pod 75 on Sergeant Scott's floor I was under the cure in the custody of first second and third shift yet around 4:35 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. I was poisoned on a Wednesday morning during serving chow the serving menu was changed particularly to poison me that day because they only feed cold cereal on Fridays Wednesday they gave us frosted flakes and when I ate it I started getting sick my nervous system started to shut down my heart rate started to be very slow I was throwing up and diarring feces all over the entire cell my water was shut off even though I was told to drink plenty of water while they were laughing through the intercom I was screaming for my life as I was dying and collapsing in a cell hours later I found myself awake and moved out of that cell into a suicide unit to cover up what was done to me which was attempted murder by a paid hired hit
