Deputy Larry Lee of the Harper County Sheriffs' office showed up at my mother's house to arrest my son Blake Price on false reporting of Mykachea Mooney of domestic abuse. When Deputy pulled up I was outside in the street in my truck, and I asked can I speak to you about what is going on with my son's medical/mental state and how she has been treating him. He walked towards me and I don't think I got anything else out and my son walked outside so the deputy walked away and was asking Blake (who was standing in mom and his yard )to show his hands and to hold them out and my son has (major neurocognitive disorder secondary to severe TBI) but at the time I thought his diagnoses was schizophrenia(he had told me that's what they told him at Brookhaven and after he was arrested I found his papers from them saying his true diagnoses) and didn't understand what he was saying so I walked closer still in the street in front of my moms and said "my son doesn't understand what your wanting and he ignored me" speaking and was still saying the same thing to Blake "hold your hands out" and could tell he was being gender bias(gender bias in domestic assaults a real issue with cops and society) and I once again said "he is disabled and I was trying to tell you that he has a TBI and that he didn't do anything to her that she hits him, hits herself and sexually assaulted my son" and he turned to me and said "shut the fuck up and get in your fucking truck" and I said "no I am not doing anything but trying to explain to you my son was/had been in schizophrenia state(later find out that I was wrong about his diagnose) that he needed medical attention and he had been suicidal that when I picked him up 3 miles in the country where she left him and stole my mother's van(that we tried to report and were told no) he thought he was in a game and they(Myka and Tyler his brother) were going to kill him" and while I was talking he was talking over me screaming "shut the fuck up and get in your truck" and once I said "no I'm not doing anything wrong and I am in the street" and he started walking towards me screaming over and over to "shut the fuck up and get in the truck" and chased me to my truck door and I was backed up with the door open in the truck by now I am crying and shaking and he went to put hands on me and I said "don't you touch me I'm reporting this" and started calling 911 to report him and he backed up and walked away and hit my truck and I said "did you just hit my truck" and he said" I sure did". He also told my mom when I was on the phone that if I didn't shut up he was going to arrest me. I started talking to the dispatcher at Harper county and was very upset and requested another officer to get up here to see what was going on he had no warrant to arrest my son or was it a legal arrest? He never stated what my son was being accused of and or let either of us speak on the fact, he didn't read my son his rights, handcuff him in front(the only thing done for his physical disability that wasn't brought up) and put him in the front seat of his car. At the same time, he was busy chasing me to my car leaving my son standing in the yard. My son said he recorded the whole thing but when he got out 4 days later due to due processing(was told the deputy did not get the paperwork done in time) it was gone. My mom was standing at her front door and saw it all. Sheriff Cliff Brinson showed up later, listened to me, stated he would speak to his Deputy, and left. I also told Sheriff Brinson about Blake's medical needs and his state of mind. During the 4 days that Blake was in Jail 7/25/22 to 7/28/22 I called the jail and spoke to a dispatcher, I told them Blake needed medical help(told them everything again) on top of all that he is an alcoholic, and Oklahoma statutes say anyone that is an alcoholic with Neuro issues cannot be detoxed without a medical doctor that it is very dangerous and he was very suicidal, he was never finger printed, told what he was charged, took before a judge
