Law Enforcement Notes Friday June 10th 2022 I went to the Franklin Police Department to report being stalked and harassed. I told them about many different incidents that I read from previous documented notes. Of being harassed and stalked in public where I frequently shop at and including incidents with my work. I gave him some names of the employees at my work and told them about how they’ve been harassing me and how I had audio recordings and documentation about it. I told him for a lot of the people who are stalking and harassing me that I did not personally know them or their names and that I’ve dealt with this previously at an old job that I quit due to this. The police officer said that if I don’t know everyone involved or who’s behind it there’s nothing they can do unless I catch them in the act doing and he said then I would have to call Franklin Police Department and have them come out to talk to the person or persons doing the stalking and harassing. I said well what if they left? He stated to still call them. Even though I’m coming in after being stalked and harassed in public! And I gave him descriptions of the guy that was just in the store following me inside and then outside when I was finished shopping! I read to the officer a lot of my personal notes I had written down to explain him the type of harassment I’m going through. So the incident just happened prior to me going to the police department and I’m being told to call them to file a police report. Yet he would not allow me to file a police report inside with them. I’ve been told this before prior when I came before and they gave me no police report or anything to prove it. As I reported an incident of my life being threatened and some of the harassment then as well.I asked the police officer this time again for some type of documentation or paperwork if I couldn’t file a report and he gave me a business card for the Franklin Police department with his name and a incident report number written on the card. He said that incident report number was to show that I came in and that it’s making them “aware” that I filed a report. I have another “incident” report from sometime last year at the very end of the year maybe very beginning of this year also for issues with my phone and hacking on my phone. That was to make them “aware” also. So there’s been many attempts to solve this issue with no equal protection from Law Enforcement. Also, while I was inside this man was talking to one of the officers next to me giving his email address to them over and over multiple times. He also looked at me weird and I said sorry is my report to the police to loud for you filing yours to the police and he said no I was just saying hello! Okay kind of odd. Then a lady came in complaining to the police about some man pulled something off of her purse or truck across the street and she went and sat down talking to the cop and she acted like she was on the phone for a second and got off and said not I didn’t hit him or hurt him he’s a liar. Or something like that. The cop says well we’ll just go to arrest him and then he started walking out the door the same time I was leaving and stopped to talk by a bunch of cops as I was walking past him to my car to leave. Seemed like more street theatre to make fun of the fact that I had no equal protection but that lady did if she had a real incident. But they didn’t get in their cars and leave they just stood there watching me leave. Then on the way home I saw a female officer pull a man over she had her lights on. She didn’t even go to the persons car to ask for his registration or license he just automatically got out of his car with his hands up saying oh man I’m so sorry. And then the lady cop pulled on the sidewalk underneath an overhang to the bank entrance! I can’t make this up! It seemed like some street theatre like they’re mocking me and going to arrest me. Not sure if that’s really what it was about but it wasn’t a normal police stop as the officer didn’t ask the man for his license or registration or come to his car she just got out of her police cruiser and drove under an overhang. Officers name is T. Munford of Franklin Police Department of Williamson County in Franklin Tennessee. Don’t know his first name as it wasn’t in the incident report and the police station doesn’t come up when I’m searching for it. I selected a police station with a similar name as I can’t find the one in Tennessee. So it’s not in North Carolina.
