This incident began with a 911 call from a wife attempting to use the system against her husband to have a better outcome in a divorce. 2 unhealthy parents of Hailey harassing her husband and prompting her to say certain phrases, "she made no mention of fighting law enforcement but he did say he would not stop for anyone" She made false claims about a gun that her husband had and sent a picture; which wasn't clear. Husband called 911 after hearing police scanner and spoke with an officer, letting them know it wifes pictures and statements are false; he is not a danger to himself or anyone else. officer then told him not to be driving he has suspended license. So that officer contacted skagit and whatcom dispatch put a watch for out husband. later on a deputy cadman stopped the vehicle and he was arrested for dwls 3rd, put in back of cadman car and then call for officer struebl k9 and hit on this van. Philip denied consent to search but yet impounded the vehicle due to husband not consenting to search. In deputy cadman report right out lied and stated the he checked registration belonged to husband. but first ooficer stated father in law says husband is in his silver van. Deputy Caitlin McGrane requested the search warrant through district court judge elich and no gun was found. Then officer sgt mede okay release, ASAP towing is where the wife complaing party father worked as a tow truck driver. Fast forward now our New prosecutor is continuing the legacy of his former boss david mcMcEachran 2024 hailey kirkey again got a green light after beating her husband and philip calling 911 to report incident. but was arrested the following day but this time our courts took his 4 kids from him held him pretrail for 3 weeks, gave restraining orders for wife and kids without a hearing and default divorce. this man is now in steilacom restoration hosp. HE HAS A BORN WITH DISABILITY DUE TO MOTHER USING ALCHOL BUT NOBODY CARES OR WILL LISTEN
