Statement

My son was shot and killed on January 17th 2024,the people that shot him set it up to have him come and fight. Him and his sisters went to check on cousin next door to shooter because shooter sister just beat her up in front of her kids .when my son and daughter got there the girls from next door came to the neighbors yard and was fighting with my kids the boys were on the porch and door way of the shooter house. The altercation led to their porch. My son never entered the house he stood at the doorway telling them to come out. The altercation ended and my kids were leaving. When they reached the neighbors driveway the shooter came out on to porch under camera and shot 6 times one his my son. They questioned my son for a while before letting ems take him. When ems did take him they passed the nearest hospital and sat at the loves gas station at i40 In Seminole for almost an hour then decided to take him to the next town over but he died on i40.DA Erik Johnson said right after the shooting that it was self defense but he didn’t get any statements from my sons side they made them all leave the scene. I never heard from law enforcement about it and there was no coverage on it. A few weeks later the osbi comes and takes my kids statements and then left. I knew something wasn’t right so I started a Justice for Andrew page. After I did the DA make a fb post stating no charges filed it was self defense and he released 2 videos of the altercation. And stated that my son then entered the home and was shot inside which was a lie. All witness said he was shot in neighbors yard after the altercation. He cropped the video so many times and messed it up and when he put it on the news the cropped video was so messed up he had the news remove it but not before we recorded it. Also on his DA page ALL of the shooters family and friends got on there stating that now I know how they feel since they lost a son from and different shooting that my son had nothing to do with. And they said that justice was served on January 17th 2024 at 810 hitchite which is there neighbors address. The sister also says “you can clearly see who the shooter is in the video but we couldn’t because the DA cropped it. And at the beginning of the video you can see one of the girls walking towards the neighbors yard where my kids were coming from that direction so they intentionally went to my kids and provoked them. Also the guy on the porch in video is the brother of the boy that was shot at the e z mart a few months ago and you hear that guy on porch ask the shooter”you got your shit ready “ then u hear yea . And the boy on porch says here they come down the road all them Indians are coming down the road. So he had the gun ready and they were waiting for them. And provoked them Into fight. You hear as soon as my son gets to door the boy already had gun there because my son says shoot me shoot me. But he didn’t shoot him until my kids left the yard. The brother even put a pic of him self that says 1300 block killer because my kids live on 1300 block. I want just for my son. And for those responsible for setting my son up to be held accountable. And the DA. Tampering with evidence and never reaching out to me about the case just posted that I was lieing and it was self defense please help
