Nigel E Jeffries

Date of Offense

October 5, 2022

Reporting Authority

This complaint has been forwarded to the West Virginia State Bar

Statement

Mr. Jeffries made false statements to cps to retaliate for accused running. Made false statements in court. Used a person in court and called them a deputy sheriff when he knew they were not. Him and everyone else allowed Loretta Smith to impersonate a deputy sheriff from before Aug 29,2022 until after Sept 22, 2022. I think I put the right files in evidence. If not I have the Court papers which have her titled sheriff deputy Loretta Smith. I have document where county commissioners tell the sheriff Warren Bassett they can't hire her because she never completed all the requirements, I'm presently looking into how to get a copy of WV trooper Josh Richards body camera footage on August 29, 2022 in after noon when they travel to 2 different residences and she impersonates a deputy. On September 23 or 24 Kathy Tallhammer discussed the matter with corporal JB hunt and he talked to Nigel Jeffries to which Nigel replied yeah she's probably got a case but I wouldn't know who she can contact about it.
