Statement

Trey Smith is a personal friend of a girl (Stephanie Sentell) He prosecuted me based on her false accusations. She committed perjury and it is documented but Mr smith did nothing. Much of the officers video evidence was edited by Mr. Smith to be biased against me. Also, Mrs. Sentell filed another complaint with Mr Smith which he over zealously prosecuted, but Mrs. Sentell made the charge when I would not pay her $2000 to not file the charge...(later she raised it to $3000) Once she filed and Mr. Smith filed charges, I caved in and paid her the money... she then signed a notarized affidavit stating the charges were false and the charges were dropped. I filed a police report about being extorted and the perjury...I have all necessary evidence in writing and photos...but it seems nothing is being done since Mr. Smith dated and still associates with a friend of Mrs. Sentell...he also dated another friend of hers so I feel he is not going to pursue the charges. I have contacted his office many times and I get no response from him.... I was found guilty in District court based on her lie...upon appeal, she changed her story and I was found innocent... Perjury one way or the other... also, the notarized affidavit she signed AFTER I paid her the extortion money , pictures of the check and deposit slip into her account....her signature on everything and her dropping of the charges should be plenty of proof of extortion.... Not only that, I have a Facebook picture of Mrs. Sentell and her friend, Jennifer Mayfield where Trey Smith commented on "their beauty" Proof he has known those two for years and will not properly prosecute her for extortion and perjury.... I plan to file complaints on this to every oversight agency I possibly can.
