Assistant District Attorney Jeremiah Gregory Oklahoma Bar # 33078 Admitted to the bar 04/12/2017.

This complaint was previously submitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association on November 15, 2022.

The Complainant states: "Jeremiah Gregory was the Assistant District Attorney in Payne County during the time that I asked his office to look into wrongful actions against my family by the City of Stillwater and OKDHS. While employed as an Assistant District Attorney in Payne County, he knowingly represented one of the Stillwater Police Department officers that had been specifically named when committing wrongful actions against my family. After months of expecting communication from the Assistant District Attorney's office I received a cease and desist notice from Jeremiah Gregory one week after my email to the District Attorney's office."
