Prosecutor Misconduct No. 1663714112 - 925315829

On 10/28/21 I was notified by my daughter via text message that I had a warrant for my arrest and I was on Facebook for the Olmsted county sheriff's wanted list. I then contacted my wife and told her about it and several minutes after that I heard a knock at my door they identified themselves as the Olmsted county sheriff's department there was a total of 13 officers standing in the hallway outside of my apartment I lived on the third floor of Sutton place in Rochester Minnesota I was afraid for my safety so I did not open the door for I was not scheduled to be the court until 9 days after that day so I should not have had a warrant.I was afraid and called 911 via text message from my cell phone several seconds after texting 911 dispatch these officers were in full SWAT team gear and kicked my apartment door in then arresting me and taking me to Olmsted county jail. I asked them why I was being arrested and detained they did not have an answer for me. They told me Mr.Thompson you know how this works upon getting to the jail I was then told that I had was facing terroristic threat charges in Wabasha county for supposedly calling into court administration and threatening a judge involved in another case in Wabasha county which was not true in any way because I did not have a phone at that time and I did not make any phone calls to any Court administration offices within months of that day. I was then held over the weekend in Olmsted county all of this being ordered by Karrie Kelly in Wabasha county somehow she put some kind of what's called a detention warrant out without getting a judge signing or she had a judge electronically sign it but to have the task force come and arrest me on false pretenses and unlawfully describes blatantly her abuse of her power and position for the government this was the first time of a following three more times within 3 months from this first date I will include the dates as well that I got arrested unlawfully for no reason at all all ordered by Karrie Kelly out of the Wabasha county prosecutor's office. I have attached court efiled documents, I submitted video of myself after being held and given meds which caused me to have reaction to put me into a stroke. All charges that Karrie Kelly had me charged on.
