Statement

As District Attorney of Oklahoma District 20, Craig Ladd had a constitutional duty to to ensure that all discover requirements are complied with within his district. He failed to do so when his Assistant District Attorney Fern Smith when she failed to file a "Burks notice" Johnston County CF-2017-00023 by his ADA. See attached Brief of Appellant in OCCA F-2019-115.
