Statement
Provided false statements and accusations. Investigated by OSC and Cody Sears provided additional mixed statements in OSC report that were contradictory of CCTV footage. The false statements were additionally used against Steven McDaniel as a justification to investigate him and later used as another factor for his termination of employment. Following OSC investigation Steven McDaniel was reinstated January 20, 2024.
