Trooper Tomberlin pulled me over and claimed that I was racing, then I told the trooper I wasn’t racing and that I was on my way to a medical appointment. Then he stated that I was late for my appointment so I was speeding and he stated that he clocked me on his radar gun at 110 miles per hour in a 55. I told the trooper that was not possible and that I needed to see the evidence as my GPS reflected that the location I was pulled over had a speed limit of 35mph and just ahead I could see the new speed limit of 45mph. I gave him my License as instructed and he returned with a traffic citation and charged his story to state that he paced me. This trooper is in dishonor for making numerous false accusations and violating my right to travel.
