Went to a meeting with Police Chief Scott Louden , Deputy Chief Jeremy Rasch, Alder person, also Police and Fire Commission Nancy Vanderkin. Had a meeting about neighbor harassment. Having people listening in our home. Police not doing anything about harassment. Two Neighbor associated people on social media telling people we are crazy and to avoid us. How post was deleted from social media under my saved tab on Facebook. Deputy Chief Jeremy Raasch said "Don't you have a computer person?" As Police knew I did. For they listen and watch us in our home. All lied and denied by police. Asked why nothing was done when I called police about Jeovanny Moreno's car. Was told when police got there, he was gone. Have proof on security footage that was a lie. Also neighbor knows when I call police on him. Showed evidence of Jeovanny harassing us after contacting Nancy Vanderkin. Both Chief and Deputy Chief lied to us. They said we could not file a complaint against our neighbor for harassment. They would not investigate all of the stuff being done to us. With people being told everything we say or do in our home or car. Even explained how I confronted one of the Officers that was always out front by our house. Ryan Schneider who admitted that our cars are bugged and tracked. As was told by him that "we are the Waupun Police". All lied and denied by all of the people there in the meeting with me and my brother. Was denied justice and equal rights in any of the matters. We have a right to justice, we have a right to be free from harassment. Waupun police refuse to help. Was told Jeovanny had to remove exhaust from Nancy Vanderkin. Did not happen. Even told about person in Beaver Dam who came to harass us with his car, for what my brother said in his car. Also was told about 2 reports filed on us. So I requested the 1. Found out Jeovanny filed a false police report. As he was not home on that day. Police report also stated they have had other reports from him, but was lied about that from the chief. So where are all the other reports. Also was false accused of being in the Moreno's house.
