I was pulled over by Brock Styninger on interstate 64, 4.5 miles from Nashville, Illinois. Brock claimed to be a state trooper but later I found out he is only a Nashville town cop and was out of his jurisdiction. During the out of jurisdiction stop he robbed and kidnapped my girlfriend and me. The evidence is the body camera footage which is being withheld from me even though I submitted documents to the courts requesting them.
