My son was injured while with another caretaker. Detective Glenn GilHuber came up with a probable affidavit that Contained false information for a search warrant on my phone, for the accusation of criminal mistreatment of my son. The accusation dismisses the laws of alibi and that I could not have been in two places at once. I was all the way in Coburg, oregon. when my son was in Eugene. He had every Opportunity to rule out that I was not present and that the laws of alibi should have applied to me, just like anyone else. There was no probable cause. I was simply not there, no evidence of anything, nothing. This search warrant literally was created out of thin air. No charges were filed, and I have full custody of my child. After Mr gilhubers accusations, they were used in court to help justify an immediate danger for son to go with my ex-husband.
