Statement

Ms. Guernsey has been predatorily and maliciously prosecuting someone for murder when she knows they are innocent. She has all the evidence that shows (including video evidence), that the defendant is innocent and that this was a clear self defense in every sense and she acts as if the evidence simply does not exist because it doesn’t imply what she wants. She put me in my kids in danger purposefully by stating my address and smirking while doing it. She did this when the whole family of the other party was present and after knowing that I was having issues with threats. So much so, that I had to remove my daughter from school. She did this on the first day that this case was sent to the courtroom of her good friend judge Susan Bebe. She did this of course because she knew there would be no backlash in her friends courtroom. It should have never been brought upstairs but now that it is up there, her and her friend have no reserves about letting it be known that they know each other, they often agree visibly and she their shared frustration whenever my lawyer enters any kind of motion. They do this fully by facial expression and body language only but they speak very politely so they aren’t recorded doing any of this. Judge Bebe has been biased from the beginning and have treated the defendant like he was guilty since the beginning. Before this incident, the defendant had never had police contact in his life. But after being held, he also sustained an injury in Jackson county jail that now requires him to have another heart surgery. (He had a heart condition they were full aware of) from the beginning and I believe they know that if he doesn’t get convicted, they could be and will be fried if it’s the last thing I do. I’m scared they will do anything to not let this happen. Nothing about this case has been fair to the defendant who by the way, was attempt robbed after school on the first day of school, by 6 gang members. Three of them were shot and one died. They knew these kids were robbing him so they didn’t charge him with any assaults, only open murder because they say the person that was driving, the one that passed, was an innocent bystander, even though the police testified that she was a known gang member, already a suspect in other murders and also had a tracker previously placed on her vehicle by police. And even after, one of her friends telling the cops that she was the one they picked them up, gave them guns and told them what they were going to do. There is videos showing a gun pointed at him, fully through the incident. And I literally do not understand how Jackson county and everyone in it gets away with what they do and have been doing due years. But the mother of the other party, the “victim” who was really the perpetrator, is into politics in Jackson in many different angles so it surely is a factor in the way this is playing out and they are trying hard to put a truly innocent person in prison for murder when they know what really happened.
