Statement

I'm the rightful sole Heiress of my Father's Estate. This Prosecutor explained to me that he couldn't handle a case involving my Dad's ex-girlfriend Melanie Simmons-Allen & her daughter Brandy Jackson-Duran because he knew all parties involved. They committed identity theft, telecommunications harassment & more against me & my family. My Dad is deceased Retired Cincinnati Police Officer & U.S. Navy Veteran Dr. Albert Earl Brown. Butler County Prosecutor Garrett Baker cited bias of Hamilton County Prosecutor Rick Gibson in my meeting with him for City of Hamilton Theft by Deception Crime Report#23-00-5018 assigned to Detective Steve Hamilton (513) 868-5811 ext. 1274 that he wouldn't Prosecute my crime report utilizing a non-legal document fabricated by the charged parties of a fraudulent obituary of my Father's Family Tree. I have also contacted AG Dave Yost that views what transpired to my Father Elder Abuse/Financial Exploitation. & the entire Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorneys have failed me for years. This is Prosecutor has behave UNCONSTITUTIONALLY! I already had a 1983 Civil Rights Case against the State of OH.
