Statement

My son was recharged on a dismissed cased after he was transfered back to juvenile hall. he brought up the charge a day after he was transferered being vendictive and approaching this matter unproffessional. This charge had been dismissed january 31 2023 why would he refile.? be cause my son was no longer detained in adult custody and was a ward and in custody of the juvenile system.!! My son Julius santacruz has been fighting his case for 6 years and they have not giving him his right to a speedy trial due to his case being sent back to for the second time to the juvenile court for another 707 hearing. His first 707 hearing was sent to adult court. So what is the intentions for this 707 hearing? i can explain this better if i can either have someone call me or email me i can send proof of his misconduct.
