Statement

Tom Rovito discriminated against my husband, Ryan Stills, in the courtroom of John P O'Donnell. He called my husband's letter of request for reasonable accommodation a "ponzi scheme" and ridiculed the request that I wrote and submitted on behalf of my disabled husband as, "barely legible" Mr Rovito also stated that my husband is not competent enough to represent himself and used my husband's stated grief regarding his recent notification regarding the closed adoption of his daughter against him and stated that was further evidence that he isn't competent enough to represent himself in court; he objected to the motion to dismiss which is called for in Ohio Revised Code 2945.73(A) and 2945.71(C)(2). He's also dragged out a case that was based on the false declaration of a 12-time convicted felon, as if my husband actually committed the crime. He has no witness, because the alleged victim is actually the aggressor of the incident. He's destroyed my husband's life and mine as well with this malicious prosecution, and disbarment is in order.
