My father was asked to leave the Dennys across the street from the Chase Bank. He complied but as he was walking out of Dennys, the manager followed him outside and started yelling at him so loud, an officer that was in the area heard it and drove over to investigate. The manager said "theyre just mouthing off", then Anduze asked the manager if he wanted my father (blue guy in blue jacket riding bike) trespassed, he said yes and thats when Anduze caught up to my father, almost ran him over and in fear for his life he started pedalling the other way. Anduze then started chasing him while calling for backup. 2-3 officers caught up to him, body slammed him onto the ground, tackled him and pushed their knees into his neck and back, causing him to pass out they were cutting off his breathing. when the fire department wanted to transport him top the hospital the officers all refused and said that they wouldnt be able to long form his charges if he went to the hospital. they forced him into a high risk refusal and signed the form for him. then they planted drugs on him. then he got wrongfully convicted at his trial and was given a 10 year prison sentence for crimes he didnt commit. now the officers in question and internal affairs is threatening me with criminal charges and they keep asking people where i am trying to silence me. i live in fear for my life every single day everywhere i go, fearing that they are going to kill me for speaking up against what they did to my father. Then July 20, 2022 my father had collapsed on the side of the road when the Mesa Police approached him started harassing him and he kept begging for medical treatment/attention and they told him "no you dont need it you just need to lay off the drugs. you have a case of jailitis." im on a library computer while filing this so evidence will have to be sent frrom my phone. it is available
