Inadequate / Failure to Provide Service

Inadequate service occurs when a police officer fails to provide the level of service expected of them or fails to perform their duties to a reasonable standard. This can include failing to respond to calls for service, failing to provide adequate protection, or failing to perform duties in a professional manner. Inadequate service by police officers can harm public trust in law enforcement and undermine the effectiveness of the police department.

We the People have a Right to Know according to the Supreme Court of the United States [SCOTUS], past Presidents (of both major political parties), Congress, and the United States Department of Justice.
