Statement

This is one of several  incidents Officer Peter Tomitsch has falsely arrested and used force on a citizens video recording officers.  On 10/8/08 Tomitsch  was assisting another officer with a traffic stop when the victim arrived at the scene and began video recording the actions of the officers.  Both officers demanded the victim walk away, and leave (stop recording). The victim refused  to stop and continued recording the violent traffic stop.  Officer Peter Tomitsch approached the victim and once again demanded the victim stop recording and walk away.  The victim again refused to stop recording the abuse at the traffic stop, Officer Peter Tomitsch then punch the victim in the face, knocked him to the ground, and falsely arrested him.
