Statement

Sgt Eric Huxley supervised a false arrest and assaulted a handcuffed arrestee by kicking him in the face, while his subordinates hog-tied and further brutalized the citizen. He alleged the kick was an accident, and failed to provide any medical a care to the victim. He was charged  with official misconduct and battery.
