I called Franklin, TN police department around this time and day because I had some kids out following me around in town where I went circling my car and harassing me which I have on video. They were laughing and joking as they would pass by me so I asked them what their problem was from my car then they went and parked behind me. I had a few incidents that day. I called the police about it and two officers came. One was T. Stephens or T. Stephenson. I’m pretty sure it was Stephenson. He was laughing and found it amusing. Braydon Dodd asked me have I ever been evaluated for medical or mental health issues and do I have a history of any. No I did not. He said people drove by and laugh all the time. I didn’t care about them laughing at me I was trying to let them know what they were doing and what was going on. The officer wouldn’t file a report but gave me a business card. He said if I have evidence I can email it to him. He then asked me where else was I going that day and I told him another place I was going. When we left there and I drove to where I was going I saw them drive by. I’m not sure if it was to help me or to see if I was mentally Ill. I have camera footage of the kids driving by me twice and parking behind me looking at me in my car laughing and joking.
