This was a blatantly abhorrent abuse of power, violation of civil rights, and unbecoming practices by 3 sheriffs deputies. Deputy Pocket made repeated false claims about a citizen failing to follow orders, and escalated the stop to a physical detention for no apparent reason leading to mistreatment by another deputy and their supervisor Sgt. Allen. They proceeded to verbally and physically abuse the man for an unreasonable amount of time. During the verbal/physical abuse deputy pocket manipulated the citizens firearm by opening the cylinder to run the serial number. That is a 4th amendment violation as that was unrelated to the stop which was for an expired inspection sticker. There was also no probable cause for this search as they had zero reason to believe the firearm was stolen and knew he was licensed to carry. They swore at him, pushed him multiple times, and demonstrated poor de-escalation. They called him demeaning names, such as raging jerk, 2 faced, and said he is not to be trusted.
