Statement

This has been a on going problem hear recently her office and judge Michael Casati Amy Ann Marrs , and Kristy Smith , strike all my paperwork and affidavits from the record Mandated Admin hearing , struck denied , Bill of particulers . struck , nature and cause of accusations , struck , right to subrogation he stated indiana dosent recognize subrogation . there is a conflict of law , they wont respond , jurisdiction has been challenged 4 times they wont respond , but continue moving forward having jailed me 3 times even after juridiction was challenged , jailed me on public policy and not [public law wont turn over bonds after requesting , oath of office ,or foreign registration statements , absolutely will not respond unless its benefit's them . sued them in federal Court , after suing them they Terminated my income witholding order and arrears , after the supreme court denied my writ . there now coming after me again after ignoring documents that they sent saying Income witholding order and arrears was terminated .. this is fraud and malicious prosecution and judicial retaliation 29D01-0511-DR-996 WHERE CAN I MAIL EVIDENCE PRINTER ISNT WORKING
