Citizen Report No. 1651079387 - 1802516542

Dominic Henry
500 North Toombs Street
Valdosta, Georgia 31601

Statement

Officer Dominic Henry is documented for his unprofessional behavior and conduct in an unlawful and illegal use of force on an innocent black man. Officer Henry did not protect the rights and allowed other officers to grab the victim from behind and slam him to the ground, smashing his arm bone without provocation or crime.   Officer Henry waited until the man had broken bones and fear for his life before telling the gang of officers he was an innocent man. Henry also refused to contradict a statement by Police Chief Leslie Manahan  and William (Billy) Wheeler, who claimed the victim refused to put his hands behind his back.  Video evidence clearly shows Sgt (Billy) Wheeler had grabbed the victim from behind, preventing the victim from moving his hands. This officer is a danger to the Truth!
