Astra Miglane Stanwyck statement for Brady’s list I purchased home in Phoenix Az and moved in March of 2021. I had bad experiences with Phoenix PD when reported damage to my landscape lighting system in 2021 as police officer was very dismissive. When I went to Phoenix Police Cactus Park Precinct to file police report in August 2021, I was told that no police officer is available ,to go home and call police. I did but police never came. Same police officer as summer of 2021 came for landscape light vandalism , came to my home in August of 2022 after I had repeated illegal entries in my home after I requested current defendant Adam Alistair Woodwiss Smith to leave my home on 08-22-2022 and once again police officer had very dismissive attitude. On January 18, 2023 10:23 am I received call from Oscar ( - defendant’s Adam Smith acquaintance trough Telegram app) using What’s app, phone number +59163388708. During this over hour long conversation 5-6 times Oscar was telling me that Adam Smith is trying to take my house. At this point this sounded unbelievable to me as Adam Smith has no business to my home and he is illegal in US (British Citizen). Adam Smith was detained by ICE in TX August , September 2022 and supposedly he applied for asylum in US trough DHS in AZ state. Has been arrested in Coconino County Az in December of 2022 after female called police on Adam Smith. When Adam Smith was in my home , I was told by him that he is former British MOD MI6 signal intelligence and he certainly had extensive knowledge when it comes to frequencies and technology associated with that. On 1-19-23 about 12:15 am when I entered the house after I have been lengthy time on my patio watching videos on my phone. Upon entry in my living room I smelled propane gas coming from my gas fireplace. I found the key for fireplace from drawer, and turns out that the fireplace gas line was turned all the way open using key next to fireplace and it was letting gas in the house from propane tank on the east end of the house when valves are opened outside the house. I closed the inside gas with the fireplace key and closed outside fireplace valves ( one on the tank and other on the gas pipe next to house). Propane tank was refilled in March 2022 and fireplace was not used since it was refilled.I checked CCTV surveillance videos, found nothing but particular outside gas valve area can be accessed without being seen on camera. In my opinion someone during one of the illegal entries in my house opened fireplace gas valve inside to be able to release gas at a later time by opening outside valves which actually happened night January 18/19-2023. The propane tank holds 80 lbs of gas and about 24 lbs of gas was released in the house. I was lucky I was not asleep when it happened or it could have caused serious injuries or death. I did not feel comfortable calling police at night due to to past dismissive experience. Phoenix Police Officer Peru #7629 called to file report over the the phone. Report 2023-92402. After report was filed there was no follow up from police and no police came to my home. During the phone call filing report with Officer Peru I experienced mockery from Police officer in regards to fireplace key and it was difficult to explain to him that it was standard fire place key to turn gas on and off due to his bizarre misleading questions. 02-06-2023 I called to Phoenix Police suspecting tempering with my car. Prior to this incident my garage door opening mechanism (rails) started sounding like like sliding garage door was forced opened - unusual noises while opening door like something rollers catching something which was told to police when they came on 02-06-2023 officers T Cottrell #10533 and K Romero #10346. Before officers came to my home, I called to request officer 10:33am, I had call from Officer Gonzales #7736 trying to file report over the phone. I refused over the phone report and requested Officer come to home as police have been unresponsive after propane gas release incident report over the phone. On 2-4-2023 while driving my cat to emergency vet clinic I had warning in the car to change oil soon . I found that strange as I was told by leadership that next scheduled maintenance is at 10000 mi and my car had little over 5000 miles. On 2-5-2023 trough FORD app I received notification “0 oil life left”. I went to check oil level when I had time to do that. When I opened the hood of the car I found about 20 ml of oil on the frame groove below hood but above dipstick area. Initial thought it was water , when I wiped it with paper towel, it was oil. It was not there when I checked under hood about December 2023, and the oil in the groove was not covered with dust while dust was on the frame. The garage is separate building and I do not have working camera as Ring camera was disabled due to the fact that when I left home or at night when I went to bed (with Wi-Fi on )there was no Ring camera history for these times- seemed that cameras were remotely disabled or Wi-Fi itself was disabled to prevent cameras from working. On 2-6-2023 I called Phoenix Police department to file report for tampering with car and in case there is damage, I do need police report to file claim with Insurance Company if there is damage. When police came on 2-6-2023, names and numbers above, I also told police about 1-19-2023 event of 24 lbs of propane gas release in my home after midnight , phone call from Bolivia 12 hours prior warning me about Adam Smith, explained about opened gas line inside the house using fire place key, took them to propane tank area outside, shown propane tank gage with propane level and explained that fireplace have not been used since tank was refilled on March 2022. They were walked to garage building, I explained that garage door started making noises which could be sign of someone prying door open. Car was unlocked, hood was lifted. Video of garage portion of events will be added to file. Officer looked under hood , checked oil, checked underneath the car. I showed FORD app with zero oil notification. After garage we proceeded back to home where I had screenshot prints and passport photo copy with Bolivia number printout. I also printed personal statement but printer acted up that day and only after police left I realized that black and white print did not print numbers and links but police was given print out of Bolivia number and person from Bolivia response to my message about 1-19-2023 propane gas release events. They were also shown screenshot with Oscar from Bolivia responding to my request of getting screenshots of Adams activity threatening my house and his response was: Let me look, after this he stopped communicating with me. They were also provided with Adam’s British passport photocopy, they were told that he applied for asylum in US trough AZ DHS, that he was detained by ICE in TX in August, September 2022, that he was arrested in Coconino County AZ after different female called police on him. I also showed them few videos from Adam’s Telegram group Devaccinator Mark 5 to show what Adam looks like and get clues about location, and showed picture of Dr Ariyana Love who is his girlfriend and financially support him. One of the officers took great interest in one of the videos with Adam and asked permission to use his phone to record video from my phone and permission was given. On 2-7-2023 I paid Tri- Star towing to get my car towed to Bell Ford dealership to inspect for tempering and due to concern for my safety. Dealership was notified of car being towed and I was told by Travis at Bell Ford service that I would not hear from them most likely till next day afternoon (2-8-2023). The situation why I wanted car inspected was explained in previous call on 2-6-2023 when I was advised to have police report, call my insurance and then get car towed to dealership. On 2-7-2023 4:02 pm I received phone call from Travis at Bell Ford who at this point sounded extremely nervous (compare to morning and previous day when I explained what is going on) and he started asking why I think my car was tempered. I explained that I had zero oil notification and next service should be at 10000 miles and I found oil spill on the frame under hood which was not there before. I was told that it could have happened due to cleaning ( not done), oil evaporation and other claims obsessively trying to claim there was no tampering with my car, the nervous voice and his obsessive claims of no tampering sounded like he is being coached by someone to convince me that tampering did not happen. I did request serious check for tampering, I asked to change oil and to change two air filters. I have all these filters at my home now. On 2-8-2023 Travis claimed there were no signs of tampering with my car, when I got car home I found on passenger side floor new code for car side panel which I was not told about although T code change was discussed. On 2-9-2023 I was harassed on Telegram app by impersonator of me using my picture and name ,with claims that suspect Adam Smith changed his name to my name Astra Miglane Stanwyck. Messages contained added nude pic of female without showing females head ,with harassment with about nude pics. I called police at 5:22 pm and had female and male officer coming to my home shortly. I was told to block, report and delete the app. I was told that using my name and photo is not impersonation, it is not crime unless my credit card or social security number used. I was told that police can not do anything about Telegram app as it is encrypted. Being under severe stress I did not asked for officers names and serial numbers and when I did public records request, I was not given incident number and that report was not produced by PHoenix police Public records. After police left ,about 6:38pm my harassment increased by profiles contacting me on Telegram app and claiming that my property is being for rent to sell and that Adam Smith is buyer and that someone with my name put it up rent to sell. I took screenshots , blocked first one, took screenshots of pretend seller who was harassing me. The pretend salesperson presented name of business owner of Arizona Best Real Estate and proper business address. Eventually latest harasser started deleting comments and deleted profile. On 2-12-2023 While scheduling my Master card payment I discovered that I have fraudulent credit card charge to my account 02-02-2023 for 2137$ from Bristol West Insurance in Florida. I called my bank to report it. When I checked my bank account for previous months I found charge for 1755$ from Bristol West Insurance on 08-02-2022. I called Phoenix PD to make fraudulent charge report. I received phone call from Officer Buitenhuis #11056. I told Officer about damage to my property in worth 2700$ ( gate damage and drained Freon from two AC units) by Adam Smith and that Adam Smith asked to leave my house on 08-22-2022. I told Officer about harassment on Telegram by impersonator of me and pretend realtor claims of selling my house. On police report police officer Buitenhuis writes: “Astra furthermore rambling about receiving telegrams and that her phone was also hacked and can’t made an account on the Phoenix Police website. Call history to Astra’s residence show nine eighteen history”. In this report police officer is twisting information presented by me and not posting what I actually said about harassment on Telegram app to make me look mentally ill. My complaint of phone hacked is added in the same sentence as if phone hacking is not possible and does not happen and complaining about hacked phone is sign of mental illness. When I did research for 918 code, it stands for insane person. This is added severe injury to already severe harassment. 02-10-2022 I filed for order of protection with Trial courts of Arizona in Maricopa county North Valley Justice court/ AZ007243J/0724 14264 W Tierra Buena Lane Surprise Az 85374 CC2023029057 against Smith, Adam Alistair Woodwiss, birth date 05/22/1984. Order granted by Judge Gerald Williams. On 2-13-23 I called North Valley Court and I was told that Order of Pretection have not been served but forwarded to Constable and I should call Constable Mike 2-14-2023 I spoke with Constable Rowe and I was told that he could not serve defendant as he does not live in his district but defendant has been spotted in the courthouse ( video of phone call). The order according to Constable Rowe was forwarded to Maricopa County Sheriffs Office Civil Division because I did not have defendants address. 2-14-2023 2:45 pm call to Maricopa county Sheriffs office civil division 602-876-1000. I was told that the only way I can get order of protection served is to provide defendants address as they do not investigate. Because I am not signed up for AZ point access ( which I was not notified about and I was told I can not sign up for it) I will not be notified if defendant is served and I should call back in 1-2 weeks. Video of phone call. From one of the calls I learned that Civilian Property Crime investigator Michele Dalton has been assigned to propane gas release case in my house- police report 2023-92402. During the week prior to report 2023-22246, I called three times Michele Dalton to general number given to me 602-534-8129, left messages and I did not receive any response. After Officer Buitenhuis advised me on 2-12-2023 to file identity theft package and take it to police headquarters on 620 W Washington St Phoenix, next day I received call from Michele Dalton 2-13-2023 9:30 am who told me not to file identity theft charges as there is no identity theft , at the best it is credit card theft. And there is no evidence of any crime committed against me. Police will not call Bristol West Insurance to get the name of perpetrator fraudulently charging my credit card ( twice). I was told that there is no evidence of any crime committed against me and that my story sounds unbelievable. I was interrupt frequently and was interrupted correcting her claims. I was told that further investigation will not happen and police will not act as private investigator, will not forward anything to DHS as there is no corroborating evidence. I was told to call Bristol West Insurance company and dispute with credit card company.video I called Bristol West Insurance and they refused to talk to me as I did not Insurance Policy number and credit card fraud did not matter to them. I made second call entering Adam Smith birth date and my area code and I was able to get trough insurance policy change department but once again they refused to talk. When I tried calling using my birthdate and zip code on 2-12-2023, I was disconnected as it was not in their system. 2-14-2023 call to Michele Dalton I was told that police will not assist with furthermore investigation, that I have to file another police report on charge on 08-02-2023 although I already filed report on 2-12-2023. Phoenix police will not investigate who did fraudulent credit card charge due to large workload. I was told that document crimes investigator will assigned to report 2023-222406 but most likely he will not investigate either. Video 2-15-2023 visit to Phoenix Police Public records. I received copies of 2023-187522 and 2023-222406. Report 2023- 92402 about propane gas release in my home can not be released to me as it is considered aggravated assault and it has to be sent to District Attourney ( versus previously told civil case that was forwarded to civil investigator ). I requested call for service records to my property which I did not receive at the appointment. Requested body camera footage from police- it was denied too as person claimed that it is two year wait to receive these records. I am wondering how long “918 call history “ have been on my address as since first call to police about vandalism I had dismissive attitude. Did previous owners had similar experiences prior to March 18,2021 or it was assigned to my address later and when? Based on what person gets assigned insane person history code? After attitude I received from investigator Michele Dalton and “ nine eighteen call history “ on report along with extremely misrepresented portrayal of call conversation I feel that furthermore contacts with Phoenix Police department event in the case of severe crime against me could result in serious violations of my civil and constitutional rights and my freedoms, or police could try to falsely imprison me in psychiatric facility to further discredit me with false psychiatric diagnoses or go after my rights to own and carry firearm for self defense. The treatment I have received by Phoenix Police Department by them failing to investigate crime spree against me, refusing help serving protective order and slandering me by placing 918 call history ( insane person) is highly inappropriate conduct against tax paying citizen, it causes more stress on me as at this point, it feels that no crimes committed against me will not be investigated in future if crimes do happen.
