The Idaho Brady List is the definitive public-facing platform of record for information about officer misconduct, decertification, public complaints, use-of-force reports, do-not-call listings [Giglio letter], and more potential impeachment disclosures.

This platform is available as-a-service to all Peace Officer Standards & Training [POST] Departments, Prosecutors, and Law Enforcement Organizations [LEOrgs].

The Idaho State Police Brady List includes all known issues of police misconduct, do not call status, decertification, public complaints, use-of-force reports, and citizen reports. Idaho State Police is not in compliance with the nationwide, public-facing, platform of record: The Brady List; or:

Supreme Court of the United States [SCOTUS] Brady doctrine (1963);
US Freedom of Information Act 5 U.S.C. § 552 (1967);
Idaho Public Records Act Idaho Code §74-101 et seq.;
Open Government Act S .248 (2007);
Open Government Initiative (2009); and,
Open Government Directives (2009) issued by the United States Department of Justice.

Prosecutors have ethical obligations and may be held individually accountable under the Rules of Professional Conduct [R.P.C.] for their conduct within the legal system. Violations of these Rules can result in disciplinary actions which may include sanctions, suspension, or disbarment.
