The Minnesota Brady List is the definitive public-facing platform of record for information about officer misconduct, decertification, public complaints, use-of-force reports, do-not-call listings [Giglio letter], and more potential impeachment disclosures.
This platform is available as-a-service to all Peace Officer Standards & Training [POST] Departments, Prosecutors, and Law Enforcement Organizations [LEOrgs].
This organization is not in compliance with the nationwide, public-facing, Brady List; therefore, it must be understood that the information displayed has been curated by journalists and volunteers, but not published directly to this platform; and, should not be solely relied upon for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
