This physical and emotional abuse started back in 2009.
I was handcuffed and beaten by 2 police officers. Shaun Krogman and Chris ? Chris now a police officer in menniefe CA. Or Riverside county CA.
left me for dead. Head trauma stiches in left eyebrow.
Broken ribs after rolling me in front of my car parked I'm my grandmother's driveway.
After hospital took me to police station and made me blow 4 or 5 time's in a breathalyzer. It wasn't coming up what he wanted. Asked another officer where the special breathalyzer was, he replied right here in the Bottom drawer where it always is. He gave the officer the special breathalyzer it just so happened to read .08.
Never have I had any prior alcohol or drugs charges.
The second time the neighbors , Richard Hollis Sr. Made a threat if I didn't do something about the bamboo he'd call The police on me. He followed through with the threat and made a bogus welfare check on me on about June or July of 2020. When it dawned on me that he purposely did that out of spite and racism they continued harrassing me and I wanted to make a police report on them and the police refused. Also refused to take a report of rock thrown through bedroom window and a break in at my dad's house.
So, I tried to ask the son, Richard Hollis Jr. While he was in his large Dodge ram truck and he refused to speak with me and began revving his engine while I was standing in front of it. I turned away from him and said do it , Ritchie. He tapped me with his truck and I turned and slapped the hood of his truck. He left and went to work. I went back inside the house. The police showed up and I answered and saw officer Krogman and I got scared and said everything was okay. Closed the door and stupidly hid in my neighbor's back yard.
I heard them coming over The fence got up and went back to my back yard and 4 officers, including Shaun Krogman who was not mentioned on the police report which I just received from public defender Aug 2022. When I read it I was in shock because what they have done to me they turned it all around on me being a terrorist. When they in fact have and still are terrorizing me. On Aug 12 , 2021 I received a letter of complaint for PC 69 and PC 594 a b 1.
And a date to show up in court to plead. That was December 16 2021. Been going to court monthly since then.
My public defender is lying to me. She ignores me and refuses to hear the true facts that I gave her proof of 2 beatings Time and date stamped and proof of what the court calls proof of " PATTERN" as both incidents including the beatings and a 5150 after they knocked me unconscious. The second time Aug 28 2020 4 officers beat me in the back yard. And a hanging glass terrarium fell on my leg and broke and my leg opened up about 7 inches then blood started pouring out and Krogman kicked me in the same eye with the scar and knocked me out and I woke up under yet another 5150.
No arrest.
Unfortunately I was too scared to report it out of them getting revenge on me. So I didn't report either of the brutal beatings and now they are trying to nail me for what they did to me. I've tried to explain to Kayla burchuk my supposed public defender and she said I'm so sorry you've gone through so much trauma but that happened in 2012 and there's nothing she can do and ignored the 2020 incident. Now she is getting revenge on me and taking it to trial which I did not agree to.
I hired an attorney, maureen Akins and paid her $225.00 cash for 30 min. To look over the police report and she told me do not take it to a jury trial as I have a 80% chance of losing? That I don't really understand except I know the police lie under oath and it is conservative orange county CA. Thee most corrupt Court's in all of America. From not only what I've read but now witness with my own eyes.
They are framing me and or railroading me into admitting guilt on the vandalism misdemeanor charge and the PC 69 dropped however I have received No written proof of anything since day 1.
Only the letter from the DA and a PDF of the false police report a year later.
Today she told me she would give me The paperwork to prove they dropped the PC 69 and she did not. She scheduled a hearing for jury trial with no paperwork or date or time as well as this entire time no paperwork.
Only a business card with the next court date. Not today however.
In short, they are victimizing and re victimizing me along with the neighbors I've known for 51 year's. Seems covid brought out the true racism they have had for many years. So the police used their false reports and embellished the lies into worse lies to get me once and for all.
Of course I've done everything they required at / in court. Went through P.A.R.S. Pre-trial assessment have had no police encounters since the last time the neighbors filed another false police report on July and August 2021.
I believe there were 4 false reports filed and no report on my behalf.
This is literally killing my internal organs knowing exactly what they are doing and now knowing that the court is going along with the lies even with proof. They have no proof of what they are saying about the dent in the truck which they claim I did. I did not make a dent in his hood with the palm of my hand which the police stated. I also read on the report I was to be charged with PC 422.
Terrorist threat's which I understand were not filed by the DA.
SOMETHING is very sinister about this Case as I believe they are withholding possible evidence against me but I'm not sure, but can imagine that's how they will prosecute me during the trial. Because that's what they have done over and over again. Now I fear the neighbors and the police because of the past haunting me. Now it's gotten worse for me in the Court's and lying and abusing me More than ever.
Please help me.
Seems nobody cares these days. Literally mind blowing to have evidence and still trying to put me in prison and take away my rights and manipulate and decieve me further. I'm emotionally exhausted and need help please. I'm not looking for monetary compensation, only justice to be done.
The court refuses to look at my evidence and only take the police and neighbors criminal aquisations against me.
I did nothing to deserve this and they are all making false reports against me.
Very sick what they are doing and the court will not hear me out at all.
