Statement

Sam Crichton is a Caddo Prosecutor in Shreveport, La. I have an ongoing court case in Caddo. Sam has on multiple instances- made completely false, misleading and completely made up statements to the judge. The statements made that are false can be proved to be false, literally. In the entire court docket received by me- it tells the case, the investigation, who said what, etc as they should. Sam has gone into court and made statements that he completely made up on his own to the JUDGE like he has never even read my case and is just winging it. It has happened many times at this point and he needs to be reported. I’ve never heard of anything like this, especially when we ALL have the same report. He has fabricated his own story of events and has stated it in court as if it were facts. My own lawyer said - although he is aware that none of it is true, much less nowhere in any report, he can only argue in court during a trial. So they continue to allow the judge to believe completely untrue statements that can be proved otherwise - with the same court records we all have. From what I read on the American Bar Association- this is prosecutorial misconduct and this man in my opinion has too high of a workload to be working on cases he doesn’t even have time to READ! I need to know how to report this prosecutors imaginary story. My case is sealed so I’m not sure how to proceed with sending the actual paperwork verse the contradictory statements this prosecutor made in open court, but I’m sure my lawyer could help gather the evidence needed.
