Statement

Sam Crichton called my aunt to meet with him in his office - as she is a witness in my case- She told me she was told that I should plead guilty and that he said I will only get probation , but if I dont I’m looking at 5 years because the judge is not being lienent on my sentence. I would like to know how the judge can be lienent on ANYTHING when I haven’t even been found guilty and I’m still going to court? This would make the judge (Chris Victory) very biased in my case. My lawyer advised me against this. This is tampering with a witness and coercion being done by the prosecutor and the judge. I was under the impression the judge makes choices based off the law and acts as a referee, but it seems this judge is on the prosecutors side automatically. He was already on the news for being biased with police officers. Is offering a plea bargain through a witness even allowed? The prosecutor has never offered me ANYTHING and hit could be a false promise.

Definition of Offense(s)

Witness tampering is a form of prosecutor misconduct where the prosecutor intentionally tries to interfere with the testimony of a witness in a court proceeding.
