Statement
McFadden was hired by the ATF on July 15, 2002. He resigned from ATF on Sept. 25, 2009.
The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals stated in the first line of an opinion (vacating a conviction):
"Brandon McFadden was a disgrace to law enforcement. He joined other corrupt officers in fabricating evidence, stealing drugs and money from suspects, and selling drugs."
Prosecutors alleged that on May 8, 2007, Jeff Henderson, an undercover officer with the Tulsa Police Department's Special Investigations Division, and Brandon McFadden, at the time a U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent, coached a drug informant and fabricated a drug buy.
US v. McFadden No. 10-CR-10CR058CVE
