Off Duty

Misconduct or offenses occurring entirely outside any official duties — not while acting in an official capacity, not connected to official assignments. Eg: personal time, private life activities, conduct unbecoming in private context. While still possibly disclosable under Brady/Giglio (if it impacts credibility, truthfulness, etc.), there is a looser connection to their role as an agent.
