Statement
Officer Sarfaty and Officer Austion successfully hid a witness (bodycam proves it) and committed numerous cases of perjury in traffic court. His supervisor Sgt McAlister claimed that false statements on a police report isn't perjury contrary to CA PC 118.1, he also stated that training overrides written policy regarding BWC (bodycam). Sarfaty falsely stated he was the second to arrive, that his computer screen was blurred due to witness information, when in reality it was to hide a dispatcher note that the other person was 415 (CA PC 415, disorderly conduct). He falsely claimed in traffic court that I didn't use my turn signal for a lane change, which he didn't know to be true as the dashcam didn't pick up the audio of even the stereo. There is additional information, but the files are too large. He stated that all impacts were in the lane of traffic, which the dashcam proves to be false, making it perjury. The other party changed his story and committed perjury saying that all impacts were next to the curb, which is perjury. There is a lot of missing bodycam video. He committed perjury in order to get a conviction in traffic court. The dept dismissed my complaint against him, ignoring all of the proven violations. He falsely stated that my vehicle was a commercial vehicle likely to prevent traffic school, which failed.
