On 09/14/2022 around 9:11 AM, I was targeted for being a black man eating at the predominantly white restaurant, in violation of title 42 United States Code Sections 1981, 1983, 2000a, 2000a-1, 2000a2-2, and title 18 USC 241 and 242. I was seized with reasonable and or articulable suspicion or without probable cause.
