Public Complaint No. 1724973212 - 623661025

This is in reference to Grants Pass Police Department case #2023-000033746. Right after Officer Smyth made his unlawful arrest of me, I was next to his patrol car and freely allowing him to go through my pockets. I wasn't resisting in the least. And then, a big shocking hit came at my back, from a huge man and with both hands according to my mother, Charla Blankenhorn, who witnessed it, Sergeant Michael Mace slammed me against the vehicle. There was absolutely nothing warranting this excessive and abusive force. Recall from the complaint I made on Officer Smyth, these two, him and Sergeant Mace may have known of me prior as there may be a secret "hit-list" of sorts put out by the Sheriff and who knows if there is reciprocity with the Grants Pass Police Department. My understanding is Officer Smyth worked in the Sheriff Dept prior and so with this complaint, the one for Officer Smyth, and the one for the Sheriff, there may be a corruption ring going on in which the FBI may have to get involved. In continuance, after Officer Smyth was done rummaging through my pockets, the rear door was opened up for me to get into. As I was getting in, again, Sergeant Mace just had to present his psychopathic ways on me again and shoved me in, nearly toppling me over. If you obtain the body cams you will see the same. There was no need for this abusive and excessive use of force. I wasn't running away. I am also a small man, barely at 5'4". It's absolutely ridiculous that I had to endure this nonsense. The public trust for police is diminished when this sort of thing happens, and I am a very law-abiding person, an upstanding person, an author, accomplished scientist and mathematician who just happened to be growing a beard for an unofficial submission to the Guinness Book of Records to help persuade it to have a one-year category for beard growth. Now, lastly the kicker which may point to collusion/corruption to get me arrested is what Sergeant mace told me mother which was something to the effect of "when he gets out of jail he'll be a man, no longer a boy". Now just how could he come up with that wording and also Officer Smyth saying something along the same lines had they not knew of me from some meeting to get me by whatever means so the Sheriff could show me who is boss? Only in July 2024 upon asking again for the results of the "internal investigation", I was notified by email that Michael Mace was found to be exonerated - as we all know this is biased and anyone able to view the BWC would see through the lies. This still does not constitute an official response as I should have it in writing, not some one line statement saying no police officer involved was found to have done nothing wrong - that is without details, without evidence supporting such. Law enforcement officers should not be abusing their power and neither should the police departments be protecting criminal activity by its officers as the Grants Pass Police Department does as per this episode.
