concerns regarding my investigation that led to an arrest warrant issued against me. I believe that the investigation was flawed and that the abuse of power was evident throughout the process. The investigation focused solely on the accuser's account without considering other potential evidence, which raises significant concerns about the integrity of the investigation and the fairness towards all parties involved. My requests for additional evidence, such as video footage from the scene and neutral witness testimonies, were blatantly ignored, which further supports my concerns. The lack of body camera footage from the time when I gave my statement is also concerning, as it could have provided a clearer picture of what actually occurred. The absence of this footage raises questions about Officer Orlando's intentions and whether he was trying to conceal or manipulate evidence. I am also concerned about the lack of transparency in the investigation and the fact that Judge Barker signed the warrant based on the information presented by Officer Orlando. It is clear that Officer Orlando had a biased view of the situation and failed to investigate both sides of the story. Furthermore, I am concerned about what happened to my medication during my arrest. I was told that my husband would bring it to the sheriff's office, but I was never given my medication. I do not know what happened to it after it was received. I would like to point out that Officer Orlando's behavior during my arrest and his comments on his body camera footage suggest that he knew the situation was wrong and that he was trying to cover something up. His comments, such as "Don't ask her any questions, don't try anything. Don't say nothing. I already done talk to her lawyer on the phone. Don't say anything, nothing, she has a lawyer,and when his partner asked who her lawyer was, his answer was” don’t know done forgot his name , just know she has a lawyer.”He rather call him asshole as he states. Why is he an asshole? It’s raises great concerns with the way you can hear him say he forgot his name . Then said asshole, we can just call him asshole!" raises concerns about his professionalism and integrity. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and look into this matter further. I believe that a thorough investigation is necessary to determine whether there was a Brady violation and whether Officer Orlando's actions were appropriate.
