aprox 3 weeks ago (i believes may 1st 2024). 3 police officers corpral garcia officer ziong and another unientified officer came to my residence 234 North D st lompoc cal. and served me with a "d.v." restraining or and a temporary order which was granted baised on all fall reports and included my 3 childrens names . they then proceeded to take my son who was with me per current cusody order . which was very tramatizing for my son and iand i havent seen any of my children since .
the friday prior to this day i had called my sons school to let them know he was being enrolled in anther local school. 30 min later i recieved a call from officer ziong asking my whereabouts and proceeded to tell i was gonna be arrest for "cocealing" my child . which i explained to him that was not the case at all in fact my son made cont or at least try to every day hes with me. mom does answer or reply 90% percent of the time . ziong swithched his concerns asking me why i was trying to un enroll my son from current school. (my sons mom my ex has a sister that works directly at his school and her husband is a local police officer). after going back n forth ziong telling me i was gonna be arrested for several different reason he then demanded to speak to my minor son which i said was unavalible he kept threating me till i finaly said my son was actualy asleep he demanded i woke him up. i refused (when i call for welfare checks they denie me every single time ) because of ziongs aggresive ness i asked to speak with the watch commander which ziong stated was corporal garcia . told me to hold on while he checked availiblty . i said okay please hurry i have to get to work. ziong said if i hung up i was gonna be arrested . which after a few moments i hung up. 2 minutes later i call back n talk to corpral garcia when i explained i was beingbthreatened and intimidated by ziong garcia told me he "listened to the recorded convo i just had with ziong. wich is im possible because its almost an 8 min recording wich proves not to have enough time to listen to the recordig .
so today may 23 i have stamped copies of my respones to the dv100 120 109 and i call the police department tpo speak to corpral garcia and asked him to assist me with serving my response to the alleged victim he told "we dont normally do that " i said i know that yet you and ziong served me and took my child out of my custody . i expressed i need immediate help due to it being my last day to be served and he told me to get lost.
i have tons of eveidence showing the harrasment and unfairness on so many occassionsalso will to provide alll evedonce
