A photocopy of the Statutory Bond if applicable. A photocopy of the Official Bond if applicable. A photocopy of the power of attorney for the surety bond company. A photo copy of the Blanket Bond power of attorney for the surety bond company if applicable All Public Official Surety Bond and or Surety Liability Insurance Policy are required to purchase before taking the oath of office. The Officers do not have a surety bond nor does the captain Brian Regan and he doesn’t have a valid oath of office. The laws are very clear about public agents being bonded for damages. This organization is a threat to public safety and is operating above the law.
