I am a homeless advocate , in checking on the homeless following my daily routine , I noticed there are cops under the cypress bridge terrorizing the homeless , when I expressed my First Amendment right to freedom of speech ,I expressed my concerns with them to ease up on the homeless , because homeless are human beings also, they have no place to.go, they have a right to be free from unreasonable searches, and seizures, I informed them they need not to act as nazis running a concentration camp, but to be more sensitive, and respectful to the needs of the less fortunate , after I drove off, This cop Officer Dahnke ran to her vehicle , jumped in, and pursued me aggressively I'm her vehicle , even though no crime was committed by me in her presence that she witnessed for her to pursue my vehicle in such a manner that conflicts with he official duties. Acting under the " color of law" she pulled me over , in the daytime yelling " the reason she stopped me was because of me not having on my headlights in acclimate weather ". Which I knew she made up on the spot to have a reason to stop me, even though it's the day time, at that present time it was not raining, so no windshield wipers were needed for use , it was approximately 11:42 am in the morning , and my visibility was very clear within 1,000 ft of me driving so there was no need for headlights to be on during the daytime, weather was not acclimate . Roads were dry, was not raining, daytime light out, so she asked for.my license , registration, and proof of insurance, as I reached for my glove compartment to get it , she lost her patience as if she was having a bad day or something, she instead wrote me a false ticket for driving without headlights, and as I recorded her vehicle missing a headlight , she in no way knew whether or not I had headlights on she was completely being dishonest , she stopped me illegally in traffic, she then made false statements, I am currently working on she wrongfully cited me, abusing her power , I felt she was very unstable as a cop, I also filed a complaint with Redding Police department who tried to interfere in the process to cover up her conduct, I requested from Lt Nichol Ortega Danhkes Disciplinary records (Brady Material) being that Dahnke is on the Brady and Giglio List for having a troubled past which Lt .Ortega used intimidation tactics to dissuade me from filing a complaint on her , when Ortega realized her tactics was not working I filed the complaint, I also requested to speak with their internal affairs unit , which I was told Redding Police Department does not have an Internal Affairs Unit there which I thought was pretty strange being that all police departments are supposed to have an internal affairs unit for officer accountability and integrity , instead I was contacted at my home by two shady detectives playing the good cop bad cop role , trying to get me to drop the complaint, (because their officer is already brady listed , they didnt want anymore complaints on her record) . I declined to drop the complaint and they proceeded to try to point the finger in my direction, or act like they are interviewing the officer which I knew was a load of crock, being that all they were interested in was exonerating her before an investigation, which I believe these shady detectives are covering up alot of misconduct by Brady cops in their department , they are considered the professional Standards unit which is a joke . It is clear corruption, dishonesty, lack of integrity , they care more.about not being sued, rather than the citizens they are sworn to protect. I have met an retired veteran who is a witness to attest to her unlawful behavior as he too has become a victim by officer Dahnke misconduct , ad untruthfulness , that lead to her department being involved in another one of her illegal bogus traffic stops , that ended in excessive force being used on he veteran injuring him due to him expressing his first amendment right to simply "ASK QUESTIONS" about the validity of her unlawful traffic stop which she once again lost her cool. Breaking the veterans arm, injuring his shoulder, knee, causing him whiplash, and concussion . I have attached his witness statement once again she abuses her power , she is very untruthful when it comes to traffic stops , she lies using unseen , or unwitnessed traffic violations , that were never violated as a probable cause and that constitutes as misconduct whether her department likes it or not . She is a danger to this community and she needs to be decertified, Redding police needs a lot of firing , re hiring , training,sensitivity training, along with training on how traffic stops are legally , and lawully supposed to be conducted, to training on her vehicle codes , because she obviously does not know her vehicle codes .
